Privacy

What this site knows about you.

Very little, on purpose. This page is short because there is little to disclose, and it will stay accurate: if anything here changes, the change is described here first.

No cookies, no trackers, no analytics

atxnexus.com sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts. There is no analytics service, no advertising pixel, no social widget. Nothing on this page reports your visit to anyone.

What the browser stores

One thing, and only if you choose it. The notice that says "NEXUS has moved" remembers that you chose to stay, so it does not ask again. That is a single value in your browser's local storage, named atxnexus.moved.stay, kept for 60 days. It never leaves your device, and clearing site data removes it.

If your phone had the NEXUS app installed from this address before September 2026, visiting once lets the site retire the old app's cached copy from your browser. Nothing is collected; it only cleans up.

Hosting

The pages are static files served by GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may keep standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time) for its own operation and security. ATXNEXUS does not receive or read those logs. GitHub's own privacy statement covers them.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which see the request the way any host does. No cookie is set by that request.

Video clips

The short recordings on the home page are ordinary files on this site. They play muted in your browser and involve no video service. The NEXUS clips show sample data only; no restaurant's real records appear anywhere on this site.

Links to other places

Links to the client sites, to the operations platform at atxnexusops.com, and to Instagram take you to those sites, each with its own privacy terms. The Instagram link is a plain link; no Instagram code runs here.

When you write

The contact button opens your own email app addressed to us. Whatever you send arrives as ordinary email, is read by a person, and is used only to reply to you. It is not added to any list.

Client sites built by ATXNEXUS follow the same rule by default. Where an owner asks for analytics, it is first-party and cookieless: the site records its own visits into the owner's own database, readable by the owner and nobody else, and that site's privacy page says so.
