Everything this site knows about you.

The site counts its own visits.

Since September 2026 this site keeps a count of who comes to it. That is a change from what this page used to say, so here it is plainly: there are analytics now.

They are first-party and cookieless. The site records its own visits into a database run by ATXNEXUS, read by Alfredo and nobody else. No analytics company is involved, so there is no third party to share anything with.

It exists for one reason: to know whether the work on this page is reaching anyone, and which of it people stop to look at.

You are a number, and it expires.

Nothing recorded here identifies you, and this is the mechanism rather than a promise.

Your visit is a random string held in your browser's tab memory, gone the moment you close the tab. To count different people rather than different visits, the server takes your network address and your browser's name, mixes them with a secret that is generated fresh each day, and keeps only the scrambled result.

Your raw address is never written down. The day's secret is deleted the next day, so after that nothing can reproduce the scramble from an address again. The link between you and your row expires on its own, which means there is nothing to hand over if anybody ever asks.

Nothing you type is recorded by the analytics. Not a keystroke, not a field, not a draft. The one thing that carries your words is the form, and only after you press the button.

The tracker is one file. Read it.

A policy you have to take on faith is worth less than the code it describes. So the entire tracker is a single readable file, and this page links straight to it.

What your browser stores.

Small preferences and temporary session state, without cookies.

atx.sid is the random visit string, kept in tab memory and destroyed when the tab closes. atxnexus.moved.stay is set only if you choose “stay here” on the notice about the operations app moving, so it stops asking; it lasts 60 days. Both live on your device, and clearing site data removes them.

Clippy remembers whether you put him away or turned off his motion. His optional arcade keeps local scores and game preferences. His guide conversation and sign draft stay in the current tab and disappear when it closes. The guide works without a language model. If a full-chat service is connected later, sending it a message shares your conversation and the website’s guide facts with that service; it does not include your project-form fields.

If your phone had the NEXUS app installed from this address before September 2026, one visit lets the site clean up the old app's cached copy. Nothing is collected by that; it only tidies.

When you write to us.

The form on the home page collects only what you type: your name, your business if you give it, an email address or phone number, and your message.

Pressing Send stores that note in our database and emails it to Alfredo, who reads and answers it himself. Alongside it the database keeps the time, the page you sent it from, your browser's identifying string and your network address — only to stop the form being abused, and for nothing else.

Your note is used to reply to you. It is never added to a list, never sold, and deleted whenever you ask: write to the same address. If the form cannot reach the database it offers to open your own email app instead, and then only ordinary email is involved.

Hosting, fonts and links.

The pages are static files served by GitHub Pages. Like any host, GitHub may keep standard server logs for its own operation and security; ATXNEXUS does not receive or read them.

Typefaces come from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those files from Google's servers. No cookie is set by that request.

The short recordings are ordinary files on this site — no video service, and they show sample data only. Links to the client sites, to the operations platform, and to Instagram take you to those sites, each with its own terms. The Instagram link is a plain link; no Instagram code runs here.

The sites we build for other people.

They follow this same rule by default: no cookies, no third-party trackers.

Where an owner wants to know who visits, it is built the way this one is — first-party, cookieless, into the owner's own database, readable by the owner and nobody else — and that site's privacy page says so in its own words.

Text messages.

The operations apps ATXNEXUS runs can send ATXNEXUS notifications by text: a new job for a driver, a driver's answer to the office, a new quote request from a company website, a new vehicle repair problem for the shop, and one-time sign-in codes. They go only to staff who sign up with their own number at atxnexus.com/text-alerts, and a sign-in code only when you ask for one.

Message frequency varies with the work. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop every text at once, START to turn them back on, and HELP for help, or write to alfredo@atxnexus.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We keep your number, the time you said yes and the words you agreed to, and each text we send, only to send them and to show your consent.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The texts are delivered by Telnyx, our messaging provider, which handles them only to deliver them. There are no marketing texts, ever.
